Non governmental organization "Lanchkhuti Information Center" has 17 members. The board of LIC has the authority to set organization’s policy as well as approve programs and decisions.

3. Zviad Nakaidze – Member, Chairman of #61 Lanchkhuti election commission, founder

4. Zviad Apkhazava – Member, Vice Chairman of Lanchkhuti Municipal Council, founder

5. Tengiz Tsilosani – Member, economic manager of West Georgia Sokar Gas Company, founder

6. Giorgi Meskhidze – Member, President of International Association “Civitas Georgica”

7. David Melua – Member, Executive Director of NALAG

8. David Roscoe – Member, former Peace Corps volunteer (USA)

The day-to-day management of the organization is conducted by the Executive Director who is the chief executive of LIC. At Executive Director LIC has a permanent staff of 5 and 5 program staff. The number of program staff depends on the project the organization is carrying out.
